Travel Smart. Travel Secure. Trust in Let's Go Insure.

About Us

The various travel insurance policies offered on the Let’s Go Insure website are arranged and sourced by Campbell Irvine Ltd. (CI), who have been providing insurance facilities to the travel industry for over 40 years.

To ensure that we are able to offer a range of competitive travel insurance products, we continue to work with a number of the very best and experienced underwriters, intermediaries and insurers. Click TOBA to view our current Terms of Business.

Your protection and peace of mind is of the utmost importance to us, so all of our insurance suppliers and providers are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), whose role is to monitor the insurance industry and protect the consumer. You can find out all about the FCA and check upon the authorised status of CI and our insurers by logging on the FCA website.

Furthermore, all of our insurers belong to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) (www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk) and are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) (www.fscs.org.uk).

How Do I Make a Claim With You?

Although we hope they don’t, there are many things that can go wrong during, or prior to, your time abroad. Your baggage or equipment could get lost or damaged while away; you might cause accidental damage to accommodation that you’re renting; or you might get injured while abroad due to an unexpected mishap.

If anything like this occurs:

  1. Make sure to keep hold of all relevant receipts, cancellation invoices, medical certificates, written reports etc. you can obtain
  2. Get in touch with our claims team to submit your claim.
  3. Once your claim is approved, receive your money back into your account within 7 days.

European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform

The ODR platform is a website which helps customers who’ve bought something online in the EU should a dispute arise.

In the UK that would be the UK Financial Ombudsman Service. Please be aware that the Financial Ombudsman Service will only be able to consider your complaint after we have had the opportunity to consider and resolve your dispute.

You can access the ODR platform by clicking here.
